I know that many of you have questions about what is going in with our endavors...who is "Conventus Corporation?"...what has happened to Gestalt Group, or any of its entities?...where are we today, and when we the company get started?

Let me begin by saying that we never would have made it this far if it would not have been for each and every one of you (2 years and 8 months is a LONG time!), and I am truly thankful. Our goals, and our stated mission, has evolved considerably over the course of this time. There have been many moments of frustration, anticipation, and bewilderment. The lack of information on my part has done nothing but to heighten these sentiments, and to all of you, I apologize. I could sit here and try to afford you numerous excuses as to why you have not been kept informed - they would only be half-hearted and patronizing, so I will not do it. I take full responsibility for the lack of information.

However, it is time for good news. Over the course of the next month, there will be decisions that you will have to make concerning your continued involvement in this endeavor. You will be afforded a choice of either taking a considerable gain on your original cash investment, thereby divesting yourself of any further ownership, or accepting a purchase of your current ownership with shares of stock within Conventus Corporation. This is being done so that we will eventually have a marketable (i.e., IPO) asset in the form of shares of stock, as opposed to continuing on as a limited liability corporation (LLC). You must choose one of the two options. Some may choose to take their appreciated investment in the form of cash, while others will opt for the shares, and thereby be referred to as the "seed" investors from that day forth. Again, whatever your personal choice, I thank all of you for getting us to this point. The best is yet to come!
